劇情簡介
80年代，企業家羅利 (祖迪羅 飾) 帶著一家四口，由美國回到家鄉英國發展事業，然而過程並不順利：妻子 (嘉莉浣恩 飾) 不甘放棄自己的生意，成為家庭主婦；孩子們無法適應陌生環境，悶悶不樂；英國莊園的日常開支極為龐大，羅利根本難以負擔奢華的生活。新生活令全家喘不過氣，羅利迷失在無盡欲望及野心中，曾經美好的家庭，逐漸步向分崩離析的邊緣……
