劇情簡介
台譯《無間道 II》。 一九九一年，兩位年輕主角進入警察學堂。黑幫小子劉建明（陳冠希飾）愛上韓琛（曾志偉飾）的女人Mary（劉嘉玲飾），聽其擺佈刺殺黑幫頭目又自願做臥底；頭目的私生子陳永仁（余文樂飾）則為跟家族劃清界線而投身警界做個好人。交織着兩人成長與江湖腥風，是香港回歸的大時代交替。全片將警匪片視野提升至史詩格局，時代終結價值顛倒的悲劇意味，仍舊擲地有聲。
