劇情簡介

Tatsuhiko and Shopshi are thugs who have fled Japan for some reason and live in downtown Hawaii after being smuggled into the country. Under the guise of selling tea leaves, they make a living by trafficking in Marijuana, enjoying the freedom of life in a foreign land where they don't speak the right language. One day, however, the two are caught by the police for being in the country illegally and for drug trafficking. Instead of turning a blind eye to the misdeeds of the two little guys, the police are asked to help arrest underworld tycoon Moran.
