穆罕默德·哈吉·小卡修斯·馬塞利烏斯·克萊·阿里（阿拉伯語：محمد على，Muhammad Hadj Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr. Ali，1942年1月17日—2016年6月3日），原名小卡修斯·馬塞利烏斯·克萊（英語：Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr.），美國男子拳擊手。阿里以他的偉大拳擊職業生涯和激進的政治主張而名滿全球。1999年，他被體育畫報雜誌評為世紀最佳運動員。阿里是重量級拳擊選手當中的異類。他總是把雙手垂在身體的兩側而不是像其他拳手那樣把雙手舉起來保護臉部。取而代之的，他利用自己驚人的反應速度和臂展（83英寸）來使自己遠離對手的攻擊。
阿里是一名遜尼派穆斯林，而之後則有蘇菲派的傾向。
在和帕金森氏症搏鬥32年後，阿里因為呼吸道疾病，住進亞利桑那州鳳凰城地區的醫院，於當地時間2016年6月3日過世。
