威廉·亨利·「比爾」·哥士比（英語：William Henry "Bill" Cosby, Jr.，1937年7月12日－）是一位美國諧星，演員，作家，電視製作人，教育家，音樂家和社會活動家。出生於費城的一個工人區，1976年獲得馬薩諸塞大學阿默斯特分校的教育博士學位。曾在以他名字命名的情景喜劇《哥士比一家》（The Cosby Show）中演出。在兒童電視劇《電力公司》前兩季中擔任主要角色，並創作了教育卡通喜劇系列《豬頭愛博特和鄰居的黑小子們》。哥士比也演過一些電影。他積極參加黑人社團的活動。
