米高·菲臘·積加爵士（英語：Sir Michael Phillip "Mick" Jagger，1943年7月26日—），英國搖滾樂手，滾石樂團創始成員之一，1962年開始擔任樂團主唱至今，並演奏口琴、結他和鋼琴。作為演員、製片人和作曲人參與過多部電影的製作。藝名為「米」·積加。積加出生於肯特郡的一個中產階級家庭。
積加的職業生涯橫跨 50 年，被稱為「搖滾史上最受歡迎和最有影響力的主唱之一」。他獨特的嗓音和舞台動作，與基思·李察茲的結他演奏風格一起成為了滾石樂團的標誌。另外樂隊魔力紅（Maroon 5）寫了一首《Moves like Jagger》表示對他的尊敬。
