卡洛兒·潘妮·馬歇爾（英語：Carole Penny Marshall，1943年10月15日—2018年12月17日）是一名美國女性演員、導演和監製。潘妮·馬歇爾因在1970年代出演電視處境喜劇《拉文與雪莉》而受到關注，並因飾演其中的角色拉文·德法西奧（Laverne DeFazio）而三度獲得金球獎最佳音樂及喜劇類劇集女主角獎提名。隨後，潘妮·馬歇爾開始涉足電影導演事業，並於1986年完成了其導演處女作《東西戰爭》。1988年，潘妮·馬歇爾執導了由湯·漢斯主演的電影《飛進未來》，這是美國影史上首部由女性執導並票房過億的電影。 她此後執導的電影作品包括：《無語問蒼天》（1990年），該片曾獲奧斯卡最佳影片提名；《紅粉聯盟》（1992年）；《天兵總動員》（1994年）；《天使保鏢》（1996年）及《與男孩同車》（2001年）等。同時，潘妮·馬歇爾還參與了電影《擊動深情》（2005年）和《魔法嬌妻》（2005年）的製片工作，並參與了電視劇《老爸說了算》和《倒錯人生》部分劇集的導演工作。
