劇情簡介
故事改編自1960年代，兩位美國非裔企業家的真人真事。Bernard Garrett (安東尼麥奇 飾) 和 Joe Morris (森姆積遜 飾)為了應付當時地產和銀行界對黑人的種族歧視政策，並幫助其他黑人追逐美國夢，聘用了藍領出身的白人Matt Steiner (尼古拉斯侯特 飾)，訓練他扮作公司代表出面與白人洽商。他們的成功引起了聯邦政府的注意，足以動搖他們的基業。
