劇情簡介
"紐約街頭接連發生殘酷殺人事件，被害者死狀恐怖，令人不忍卒睹。所有目擊者都指證兇手系一身傳警官制服的男子。隨著死者數量持續增加，市政廳決定對此事件進行徹底抽查，並派出得力幹探弗蘭克（Tom Atkins 飾）負責此案。 不久，一個名叫傑克•弗雷斯特（Bruce Campbell 飾）的警官被列為頭號嫌疑犯，情知冤枉的傑克無所依靠，只得藉助女友特蕾莎（Laurene Landon 飾）和弗蘭克的幫助，共同揪出案件背後的真正兇手……"
