劇情簡介
美國緝毒局警探傑克（艾米漢默 飾）臥底在販毒組織中，因而接近了組織首腦「老木」，傑克企圖將一樁芬太尼走私行動一網打盡，而剛戒掉毒癮的克萊兒（伊凡潔琳莉莉 飾）發現她的兒子被捲入運毒行動而慘遭殺害，她開始尋找兇手的蹤跡；與此同時，大學教授泰隆（蓋瑞歐德曼 飾）在藥物研究中意外發現一家擁有雄厚勢力的製藥公司即將推出的「非成癮性」新型止痛藥，一旦用藥時間拉長，成癮程度是一般止痛藥的三倍，一場牽扯十億美...
