Charles Wolf: Guaranteed by what? Your word? Ken Feinberg: Oh, Charles, I mean... Charles Wolf: What? No, I'm sorry. Mr Feinberg, you've been telling us for two years that you're nothing but a numbers cruncher for the government. And now you're asking us to trust you. Ken Feinberg: No, I'm asking you.
