靈高·史達爵士，MBE（英語：Sir Ringo Starr，1940年7月7日—）原名理查德·斯塔基（Richard Starkey），出生於英國利物浦，以靈高·史達（英語：Ringo Starr）為藝名，史達是一名非常出色的英國音樂人、歌手、作曲人及演員，音樂生涯當中以1962年8月16日到1970年作為披頭四鼓手最爲人知。當1960年披頭四組建時，史達是另外一隻利物浦樂隊（Rory Storm and the Hurricanes）的鼓手，他於1962年8月加入披頭四，取代彼得·貝斯特成為鼓手，除了作為鼓手以外，他還是一些成功的披頭四歌曲的演唱者，例如《With a Little Help from My Friends》、《Yellow Submarine》、披頭四翻唱版本的《Act Naturally》等，靈高還是《What Goes on》等歌曲的合作詞曲作者，以及《Don't Pass Me By》、《Octopus's Garden》的獨創詞曲作者。靈高作為披頭四鼓手取得的成就廣受讚揚，他稱自己為「非同尋常的並風趣十足的鼓手」，鼓手史提夫·史密夫評價說靈高的廣受歡迎「樹立了一個新的榜樣」並「使得我們把鼓手看做樂隊中的一個同等重要的創作者」。在2011年，靈高被《滾石》的讀者評選為歷史上最偉大的鼓手第五名。
