柯德莉·嘉芙蓮·協賓-路斯頓（英語：Audrey Kathleen Hepburn-Ruston，1929年5月4日－1993年1月20日），出生於比利時布魯塞爾，是英國與美國荷里活知名女演員。清新脫俗又氣質優雅的柯德莉·夏萍以1951年百老匯舞台劇《金粉世界》的女主角打開知名度。1953年因《羅馬假期》榮獲第26屆奧斯卡最佳女主角獎、第11屆金球獎最佳戲劇類電影女主角及第8屆英國電影學院獎最佳女主角。同年因舞台劇《美人魚》獲得第8屆東尼獎最佳戲劇類女主角。
1994年因專輯《柯德莉夏萍的魔法故事》獲得格林美獎最佳兒童誦讀專輯。
柯德莉·夏萍活躍於1950和1960年代的美國影壇，最具代表性的作品有《羅馬假期》、《第凡內早餐》和《窈窕淑女》等。她是美國演藝圈大滿貫四大獎：奧斯卡金像獎、艾美獎、格林美獎及東尼獎得主。
柯德莉·夏萍晚年淡出影壇投身公益，1988年開始擔任聯合國兒童基金會親善大使在1988年至1992年期間在非洲，南美洲和亞洲的一些最貧窮社區工作。她於1992年12月獲得美國總統自由勳章。1993年1月20日柯德莉·夏萍因闌尾癌在瑞士家中病逝，享壽63歲。
1999年，柯德莉·夏萍被美國電影學會選為百年來最偉大的女演員第3名。
