伊麗莎白·斯塔瑪天娜·「天娜」·菲（英語：Elizabeth Stamatina "Tina" Fey，1970年5月18日－），美國劇作家，喜劇演員，演員和監製。她至今已8次獲艾美獎，兩次獲金球獎，5次獲美國演員工會獎，4次獲美國編劇工會獎。她在電影《辣妹過招》中的表演雖讓她贏得良好聲譽，但她最為著名的表演卻是在《周六夜現場》中扮演莎拉·佩林（阿拉斯加州前州長，2008年共和黨的副總統候選人）以及她在《娛樂揸Fit人》中的演出，她還被芭芭拉·沃爾特斯選為「2008年全美十大最具吸引力的人物」。
