傑克·本德（英語：Jack Bender，1949年9月25日—）是一名美國電影和電視導演並同時是一名演員。目前本德正為ABC的電視連續劇迷失做編劇和主要導演。本德也曾為其他著名節目做導演，如黑道家族、奇幻嘉年華、特務A和高校風雲（Boston Public）。本德曾以演員身份出演於一家子、The Bob Newhart Show和The Mary Tyler Moore Show。並在The Million Dollar Duck、Savage和McNaughton's Daughter中作配角。
