歌莉亞·艾絲特凡（西班牙語：Gloria Estefan，1957年9月1日—）是一位著名歌手，出生於古巴，最初是樂隊邁阿密之音（Miami sound machine）的主音歌手，把拉丁音樂打進美國市場。在美國音樂歷史上，可謂功不可沒。她曾經贏得七座格林美獎，與曾提擕的夏奇拉並列為拉丁音樂至今為止最成功的跨界歌手。《公告牌》將艾絲特凡列為有史以來第三位最成功的拉丁美洲人和第23位最偉大的拉丁藝術家。
