伊莉沙伯·泰萊女爵士，DBE（英語：Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor，DBE，1932年2月27日—2011年3月23日），英國及美國著名電影演員，在華人地區被享有「玉女」和「玉婆」的稱號。她在電影生涯得過兩座奧斯卡最佳女主角獎，先後被金球獎、英國電影學院、和美國電影學會頒發終身成就獎。她亦因慈善事業獲得奧斯卡人道精神獎和受英女王頒發大英帝國勳章。
泰萊在1942年以10歲童星之姿出道，1950年代成功轉型為成人女星，出演包括《巨人》和《熱皮屋頂上的貓》等代表作。1963年憑《埃及艷后》成為史上第一位百萬美金片酬演員。1966年在《靈欲春宵》獲得了演藝生涯最好的評價，得到了第二座奧斯卡。1960年代末，泰萊的電影事業開始倒退，但仍出演不少電影和舞台劇。
1980年代開始，泰萊轉身投身公益，為對抗愛滋病走遍政界，遊說政客關注這個疾病，並成立自己的愛滋病組織。泰萊生前的珠寶收藏堪比皇室，其中以波頓的68卡拉的訂婚戒最有名。泰萊亦是第一個有自己香水品牌的名人。
泰萊縱然在工作中扮演許多精彩的角色，但個人生活頗具話題性，曾兩次與有婦之夫有染：1958年的愛迪·菲沙和1962年的李察·波頓，令泰萊成為狗仔隊追訪對象，公眾形象在保守的50和60年代兩極化，但造就其極大名氣。一生結婚八次，兩次為李察·波頓，育有四名兒女。
